Shipping
If I do not have your item premade, I will make it for you!
All premade orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of payment. Made to order items will ship within 1-3 weeks depending on my fabric stock and how many orders I’m working on. Care is taken with all orders, so I thank you for your patience.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email me at moni.millie@fuckthclock.com.au. Purchases made on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Regular post tracked by the carbon neutral courier Sendle costs you $10 and should take between 3-7 days from dispatch.
Express post tracked by Australia Post costs you $15 and takes between 1-3 days from dispatch.
Standard New Zealand registered post takes 10-14 business days, for a flat rate of $25.
Express New Zealand post takes 5-8 business days for a flat rate of $35.
Standard international registered post takes 10-14 business days, for a flat rate of $35.
Express international post takes 5-8 business days for a flat rate of $45.
You may be required to pay customs and import taxes when shipping internationally. We do everything we can to ensure that customs understand that it’s a private purchase and should not charge you. However international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.
There are currently worldwide shipping delays, please take this into consideration when ordering.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Payment
Payment is accepted through Paypal or credit/debit card. Paypal payments are securely processed through Paypal and card payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Returns
Items may be returned in a brand new, unworn, unwashed condition for store credit. Please note items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. Please contact me within one week of receiving your item/s if you wish to make a return.
Repairs
I offer free repairs for all Fuck The Clock items! I strive to make high quality, durable clothing but if any repairs are needed please contact me and I will arrange it free of charge (shipping repairs to be paid by customer).
Custom lengths
I offer custom flares for an extra $33! The original flare design measures 108cm from waist to floor, if this does not work for you, please see the custom flare order form.
